In my opinion, an ideal school is a place where there should be a very good equation of teacher and student. So that studen should understand and enjoy the education system and not take it as a burden. Student should maintain discipline and teacher should support them.

Student should maintain the curriculum of the school and be well behaved and full of etiquette.
Discipline should be the base of all things.
Students can ask for help when they need it. Their teachers, advisor, counsellor are there to help them.
Teachers and Students both should be positive about learning and build a strong relationship with each other.
Be open to acquire a new Knowledge.
Learn to value the dignity and worth of all individuals in the school community
